Amazon Leo is hiring a Phased Array RF Front End Architect for its Payload Architecture team in San Diego. The role owns the analog RF front-end architecture across Direct-to-Device and Broadband satellite payloads, covering the signal chain from antenna elements to digital interfaces, beam-steering performance, T/R module architecture, semiconductor process selection, radiation tolerance, thermal and power architecture, and verification. The position is hands-on, involving laboratory measurements, trade studies, on-call support, and on-orbit anomaly investigation, and requires a master's degree, extensive RF and phased-array experience, and U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or refugee/asylum status.
