Description
Natera is hiring a Sr Phlebotomist to verify test requisitions, identify patients, obtain blood specimens through venipuncture and finger sticks, maintain specimen integrity, track collections, support quality-control procedures, resolve unusual test orders, and handle patient-report logistics, billing triage, and courier pickups. The role requires at least five years of phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a BS/BA degree is preferred; it is performed in an office setting with scrubs and requires HIPAA/PHI, security, and Natera training.
