Description
The Planner develops and manages production plans to meet customer requirements while balancing site efficiency, production capacity, and inventory levels. The role coordinates production and purchasing, monitors schedules and distribution, participates in the Material Review Board, performs monthly capacity analyses, prepares performance reports, and incorporates overtime, training, and meetings into production plans. It requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field, at least five years of similar experience, B2+ English proficiency, and Microsoft Office and Excel skills; SAP, APICS certification, and inventory management knowledge are preferred. The position follows a hybrid model requiring at least three days per week in the local office and does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
