Molex is hiring a Senior Planner in Shijie Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, to develop production plans and schedules, monitor output and on-time delivery, coordinate with product development, engineering, tooling, and manufacturing operations, manage safety stock and VSFB, support material supply, and contribute to inventory, capacity, and billing targets. The role requires a university degree, 3–5 years of production planning experience, SAP and Excel skills, and English reading and writing ability; electronics-company experience with high-mix, low-volume products is preferred.
