Tarte is hiring a hybrid Sr. Planning Analyst in New York, NY to support global demand planning by owning SKU-level forecasts, analyzing retail/supply chain/marketing performance, managing inventory alignment and risk, and improving planning processes and reporting. The role partners cross-functionally with demand planning, merchandising, operations, supply chain, and allocations teams, and requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, BI tools, and experience with AI-powered tools.
