Alpha Omega is hiring a Sr. Power Platform Developer – ECM Migration for a hybrid role in Arlington, Virginia. The position leads the full lifecycle of Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Copilot solutions, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, code reviews, and mentorship. Candidates must have at least five years of experience in one of four enterprise-scale ECM or migration areas, plus five years developing Power Platform solutions, five years developing SharePoint Online solutions, and two years developing with Microsoft Copilot. The role requires U.S. citizenship for the federal client, PL-900 certification by the start date, and may require nights and weekend migration work with compensatory or flexible scheduling.
