Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Stores Growth & Development team is hiring a Sr. Preventative Maintenance Program Manager to develop, implement, and manage preventative maintenance programs across retail grocery operations. The role covers refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and store equipment; asset management; vendor and contractor management; budgeting; regulatory compliance; cross-functional collaboration; and CMMS and predictive maintenance initiatives. Candidates need at least five years of program or project management experience, with a bachelor's degree and process-improvement experience preferred. The position is based in Chicago, Jersey City, Nashville, Austin, or Seattle, with annual base salaries ranging from $104,100 to $185,000 depending on location.
