Esri is hiring a Sr. Principal Contract Specialist in Redlands, California, to manage and mentor contract specialists, lead complex services contracts through RFP, negotiation, execution, and closeout, advise leadership on contract structure, risk mitigation, and pricing, resolve cross-functional contractual issues, and improve contract-management processes. The role requires at least 12 years of progressively complex contract administration experience, strong contract law, risk management, and procurement expertise, leadership and mentoring experience, US citizenship, willingness to obtain a US security clearance, and a bachelor's degree in a related field. The position is onsite and offers relocation assistance, with a base salary range of $100,880 to $212,160 USD and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
