Baxter is hiring a senior software architect to lead the architecture, design, development, and delivery of cost-effective software solutions using C#, .NET, and microservices. The role provides technical leadership, translates requirements into architecture and design alternatives, leads complex programs, mentors engineers, and implements integrations involving REST APIs, WebSockets, SignalR, and real-time voice technologies while applying HIPAA-aligned security practices. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least 13 years of related experience, with advanced .NET, C#, Web APIs, microservices, Kubernetes, Azure or AWS, and SQL Server experience; medical-device software experience is preferred.
