Northrop Grumman is hiring a Senior Principal Engineer Software for its Global Surveillance division in Melbourne, Florida. The role owns complex software problems, leads implementation, and participates in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, integration, release, installation, and maintenance. It requires a STEM degree and 7–9+ years of software engineering experience depending on education, demonstrated C/C++ or other OOP software delivery, integration and debugging skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DOD Top Secret clearance. The position requires 50% travel and offers a primary salary range of $122,800 to $184,200.
