Description
ASM is hiring a Senior Plasma & Multi-Scale Simulation Scientist to strengthen plasma modeling capabilities in its Simulation and Modeling Hub. The role develops fluid and hybrid CCP/ICP plasma models, connects plasma, surface chemistry, and feature-scale behavior, integrates plasma modeling with CFD and multi-physics simulations, validates models with experimental diagnostics, and translates insights into semiconductor process and equipment guidance. The position requires a Ph.D. in a relevant field, strong semiconductor-process knowledge, and demonstrated computational plasma modeling experience.
