Description
Baxter is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support process and automation improvements at a manufacturing site. The role focuses on improving control systems, equipment reliability, throughput, uptime, and repeatability; troubleshooting and optimizing automated equipment; advancing digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives; leading root-cause analysis, NCR/CAPA investigations, change controls, and continuous improvement; and providing technical leadership and training to production teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 8 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience, onsite full-time work with less than 10% travel, and expertise in automation, motion control, VFDs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and related technologies. The estimated base salary is $128,000 to $176,000 annually, with medical and dental coverage starting on day one.
