Smarsh is hiring a Sr. Principal, Product Manager to own the agentic and platform capabilities of the Conduct platform. This senior individual-contributor role defines API, MCP, and headless workflow surfaces; sets product strategy, roadmap, and execution; owns scale, performance, reliability, multi-tenancy, and security; and leads agentic workflows for regulated financial institutions. The role partners with Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Professional Services, and customer-facing teams, and leads through technical depth and influence rather than direct management. Candidates need 10+ years of enterprise product management experience, API and platform ownership, non-functional requirements ownership, and experience with enterprise SaaS in regulated industries.
