Baxter is hiring a Sr. Principal Systems Engineer for its R&D organization to define and own the systems architecture and technical roadmap for new medical products. The role translates customer and clinical needs into requirements, leads engineering resources across electrical, mechanical, and software disciplines, manages risk and regulatory compliance, coordinates verification and validation, and oversees design documentation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, at least 8 years of medical-device engineering experience, and knowledge of ISO 14971 and IEC 60601.
