The role provides expert customer support, troubleshooting, training, consulting, pre-sales guidance, software testing, and technical mentorship for AspenTech APC products including Aspen DMC3 and Aspen GDOT. It requires a chemical, electrical, or electronic engineering background, 10+ years of relevant process control or industrial technology experience, strong knowledge of DCS/PID control systems and industrial architectures, customer-facing communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 25%.
