Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Sr Principal VLSI Engineer to design, analyze, develop, and evaluate VLSI components and hardware systems, including architecture, logic design, verification, physical implementation, testing, and prototype fabrication. The role contributes to technology roadmaps, testing architectures, standards, and product quality while mentoring team members and influencing executive and partner decisions. It is a hybrid position requiring approximately two days per week in an HPE office, with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field and typically 12+ years of experience. The disclosed United States base salary range is USD 174,000–352,500 in California, with variable incentives possibly offered.
