Mariana Minerals is hiring a Process Controls Engineer to lead the development and deployment of chemical refining processes and the controls infrastructure supporting capital projects and automated plant optimization. The role covers equipment and plant-wide controls programming from concept through design, installation, commissioning, ramp, and handover; manages external equipment providers and engineering partners; leads cross-functional technical scale-up; supports junior process engineers; develops technoeconomic models and bankable engineering deliverables; and identifies software and machine-learning opportunities for capital project automation and advanced plant control.
