The role leads process development, DFM/DFA, tolerance and statistical analysis, manufacturing process optimization, process validation, inspection, supplier qualification, sterilization and packaging compatibility, and design transfer. The position is onsite in Hayward, California, requires at least five years of medical device process development or manufacturing engineering experience, and offers a base salary of $130,000–$155,000.
