Description
Alkermes is hiring a Senior Engineer for its Process Development team to lead small-molecule oral solid dosage form development. The role covers process design, experimental studies, equipment setup and troubleshooting, scale-up and technical transfer, GMP clinical manufacturing, batch records, change controls, SOPs, CMC regulatory filings, process safety, and mentorship. Candidates need a Ph.D. with at least three years of engineering or scientific experience, an M.S. with at least ten years of related experience, or a B.S. with at least fifteen years of pharmaceutical solid oral dosage processing experience, along with expertise in oral solid dosage processing techniques and small-molecule process development. The annual base salary is $140,000 to $154,000, with an annual performance bonus and competitive benefits.
