FORVIA is hiring a Sr. Process Engineer to support manufacturing engineering operations in a plant environment, focused on verifying quality, safety, equipment uptime, and continuous improvement. The role supports series production, new program launches, and people management, including equipment procurement, process definition, plant readiness, CAPEX/budget planning, problem solving, and coordination with maintenance and external companies. The position requires strong engineering, leadership, financial, and networking skills, along with at least five years of production experience including one role in Manufacturing Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
