The role monitors and improves manufacturing process performance, including yield, overhead, finished goods, and work-in-process; evaluates process results, supports change control and validation activities, troubleshoots equipment, manages nonconformances and CAPA, and maintains process documentation. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, five to eight years of experience, and full bilingual English and Spanish proficiency.
