Generous Brands is hiring a full-time Senior Process Engineer in Bakersfield, California, to lead hands-on manufacturing engineering for beverage processing systems. The role improves stability, throughput, yield, quality, and cost; troubleshoots complex process and control issues; leads root-cause analysis and corrective actions; develops operating standards and automation requirements; supports PLC/HMI, instrumentation, CIP, thermal, aseptic, and other process systems; and mentors plant personnel. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and at least seven years of process or manufacturing engineering experience in a highly automated sanitary liquid-processing environment, with a pay range of $110,000–$130,000 DOE and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
