Description
The Process Engineer develops and modifies process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing technical charts, establishing SOPs and FMEAs, evaluating product-development requirements, integrating equipment and material capabilities, driving continuous-improvement plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires a technical university degree and experience consistent with a bachelor's degree plus 2–4 years, a master's degree plus 1–3 years, or a PhD plus 0–1 year.
