Johnson Electric is hiring a Senior Process Engineer in Springfield, Tennessee, for an existing onsite position. The role leads advanced manufacturing processes, automation projects, robotics, PLCs, machine vision, and Industry 4.0 initiatives while supporting product launches, continuous improvement, quality and safety performance, and IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 compliance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering, at least seven years of automotive manufacturing experience, PLC knowledge, and Lean and Six Sigma experience; KUKA robot, AI vision, capital equipment, and balancing experience are bonuses. Relocation support is provided, with less than 5% travel.
