The Central Team Sr. Process Engineer leads the development of new processes, products, capabilities, and technology platforms, with a focus on science, data capture, and data analysis. The role covers test planning, experimental setup, execution, data analysis, process specification, feasibility evaluation, prototype development, scale-up risk management, capital projects, and collaboration with Product Development, Quality, Supply, Packaging, and other cross-functional teams. The engineer also provides training, supports technology implementation, and helps protect new technologies through intellectual property.
