Description
ProMach is hiring a Senior Process Engineer to oversee the sale and execution phases of large customer projects, develop customized engineered packaging solutions, prepare estimates and quotes, present to prospective customers, and collaborate with business development, regional sales, and engineering teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least eight years of food and beverage experience, strong project-management and client-relations skills, and the ability to travel. Compensation includes a base salary of $120,000–$150,000 and a potential commission opportunity of $5,000–$20,000, plus medical and dental programs, life insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan with company match.
