Description
Lucid is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Drive Unit to own process engineering for an assigned section of the drive-unit assembly line at AMP-2, from first commissioning through volume ramp-up. The role develops process documentation, PFMEA, control plans, capability studies, and change records; leads trials and first-off-tool events; improves FPY, Cpk, scrap, cycle time, and cost-per-unit; supports robotics, maintenance, automation, TPM, MES, IIoT, and HV safety; and transfers technical capability to the Saudi workforce. The position requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering, 5–8 years of EV or advanced automotive manufacturing experience including 3+ years in e-motor manufacturing, and demonstrated PFMEA, PPAP, and SPC experience.
