Description
Micron Technology is seeking a Process Engineer to lead process and equipment improvement projects for a semiconductor module. The role focuses on equipment performance and tool matching, process-window optimization, yield, cost, and cycle-time improvements, root-cause analysis using SPC, DOE, FDC, and equipment signals, and support for NPI, process transfer, and validation. The engineer will collaborate with equipment, manufacturing, yield, quality, and R&D teams, share best practices, and guide junior engineers. The position requires an engineering-related bachelor's degree or higher, semiconductor process-engineering mass-production experience, the ability to own problems from definition through solution, and strong analytical and execution skills.
