Description
OMNIVISION is seeking a Senior Process Integration Engineer to develop advanced processes for CIS technologies, collaborating with foundries, image characterization, modeling, and pixel design teams. Responsibilities include defining and improving CIS silicon, color, and packaging processes, supporting production and design teams to enhance yield and sensor performance, analyzing data, managing silicon split lots, and contributing to overall sensor performance improvements. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in Si-based device technology, preferably CMOS or CIS, along with strong device physics knowledge. A PhD or MS in Electrical Engineering or Physics is required.
