Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Process Integration Engineer for its DRAM R&D Memory Group to develop and integrate critical DRAM process flows, define structural and electrical requirements, conduct design-of-experiments and statistical analyses, collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, and transfer technologies from research to manufacturing. The role requires a master’s degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a related technical field, at least five years of semiconductor industry experience, and expertise in memory technologies, device physics, process integration, data analysis, and DOE. Preferred qualifications include a PhD, advanced semiconductor process experience, multidisciplinary collaboration, communication skills, and AI-assisted analytics experience.
