Description
Genezen is hiring a Sr. Process/Validation Engineer to support operations at its gene therapy facility and provide engineering, validation, qualification, troubleshooting, project management, and continuous-improvement support across manufacturing, facilities, quality control, safety, maintenance, and process development. The role requires a BS/BA in engineering, science, technical, or a related field, at least five years of engineering or project management experience, pharmaceutical, biomedical, or medical device experience, and knowledge of CQV, master planning, CAPEX/OPEX, change control, and AutoCAD. The position is based in either Fishers, Indiana or Lexington, Massachusetts, requires a criminal background check, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
