GenScript is hiring a Senior Procurement Lead, Direct Materials in Piscataway, New Jersey, reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager. The role leads the direct procurement team and manages end-to-end sourcing, material planning, strategic sourcing, vendor relationships, contracts, cost reduction, and supply continuity for direct materials and consumables supporting production. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or higher, at least five years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or direct-material planning experience, leadership experience, and strong negotiation and analytical skills; SAP and S2P proficiency is a plus. The estimated salary is $100,000–$120,000, with four days onsite and remote flexibility on Fridays, plus medical, dental, and vision insurance.
