Description
Mattel Brick Shop is hiring a Senior Product Development Engineer to support construction toy products from concept through production launch. The role coordinates with Product Development, Design, Quality, Packaging, Manufacturing, suppliers, and manufacturing partners; manages engineering and final engineering pilot builds, prototypes, samples, tooling, mold qualification, documentation, BOMs, project milestones, product approvals, and production readiness; and contributes to quality, cost, and manufacturing efficiency improvements. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least four years of relevant product engineering or product development experience, knowledge of manufacturing processes, and fluency in English and Spanish, with international travel including Asia as required.
