Molex is hiring a Sr. Product Design Engineer in Xinyi, Taipei to lead the development of high-power connector products for Taiwan’s leading ODM customers. The role covers product concept, design, validation, qualification, manufacturing introduction, customer support, and engineering documentation, while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, sales, and customer teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least three years of relevant experience, English communication skills, and proficiency with 2D/3D drawing tools; experience with high-power electronics, AQP tools, Six Sigma, Lean, customer-facing engineering, molding, stamping, plating, and Taiwan ODM power customers is advantageous.
