Esri is hiring a UX/UI Designer to craft and validate interactive mapping experiences for ArcGIS Map Viewer. The role involves end-to-end product design, stakeholder coordination, user research, wireframing, prototyping, accessibility, technical design solutions, and collaboration with developers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams. Candidates need at least five years of product design experience, Figma proficiency, localization or internationalization knowledge, accessibility expertise, strong communication skills, an online portfolio, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The position is onsite and offers a base salary of $112,320 to $176,592 USD, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
