Validity is hiring a Senior AI Product Manager to define and execute the AI product roadmap for its Engage agentic AI platform. The role leads discovery and strategy, builds functional prototypes with LLMs and agents, designs multi-agent systems, partners with engineering on production solutions, prioritizes initiatives, and conducts customer research. It requires 7+ years of product management experience, including at least one year building AI/ML or LLM-powered products, hands-on LLM and agent prototyping, Python or TypeScript prototype development, and B2B SaaS product strategy. The position is hybrid in Boston, Massachusetts, with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday office work, and offers a base salary of $175,000–$210,000 plus benefits, bonus opportunities, and stock options.
