Description
ZipRecruiter is hiring two Senior Product Managers to lead high-impact product areas within its SMB Product team: Candidate Delivery products and Proactive Sourcing. The role owns product vision and execution, sets KPIs, leads roadmaps, defines pricing and packaging, conducts user research, and partners with engineering, design, data science, go-to-market, and marketplace teams. The position requires at least five years of product management experience, B2B product experience, and experience building AI-powered product features. It is a full-time hybrid role with most US-based positions also available remotely, and the disclosed US base salary range is $175,500-$235,000.
