Description
The role interfaces with cross-functional teams across the product life cycle to improve semiconductor yield, reduce test costs, and ensure device quality and manufacturability. Responsibilities include reviewing low-yield production lots, conducting root-cause analysis and corrective actions, coordinating with test engineering, assembly, quality, internal factory, and OSAT, sustaining lot-rejection and EQA metrics, qualifying new products, migrating tester platforms, and supporting gross-margin and system-integration initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering or a related field, more than three years of high-volume semiconductor manufacturing experience, knowledge of analog, digital, or power product testing and failure analysis, and proficiency with statistical analysis tools such as JMP or Spotfire.
