Description
The role focuses on low-yield lot disposition, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and cross-functional resolution with test engineering, assembly, quality, internal factory, and OSAT teams. Responsibilities also include sustaining activities, new-product qualification, tester-platform migration, gross-margin and yield improvement, and system integration. The position requires an electrical or electronic engineering degree, more than three years of high-volume semiconductor manufacturing experience, knowledge of analog, digital, or power product testing and failure analysis, statistical analysis proficiency, and strong communication skills.
