Description
The Sr. Production Manager leads manufacturing for Women’s Health and Liquid Media businesses at the Mebane, North Carolina plant, coordinating production, packaging, warehouse, and material-handling activities. The role owns safety, quality, delivery, financial performance, capital and labor utilization, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, while supervising individual contributors, leads, and supervisors across multiple shifts. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of progressive technical and management experience, FDA-regulated cGMP experience, people-development experience, advanced Excel knowledge, and experience with TPM, Lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
