Description
The Production Manager leads the Production group across all shifts, supervising manufacturing operations, safety, quality, delivery, planning, cost reduction, productivity, machine utilization, employee development, and continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of manufacturing experience including two years in an automotive facility, and three years of managerial responsibility.
