Ascend Performance Materials is hiring a Senior Production Manager for its Alvin, Texas plant. The role leads unit personnel and manufacturing operations, driving production performance, safety, environmental and process-safety compliance, product quality, reliability, cost analysis, productivity improvement, equipment effectiveness, and operational audits. The manager reports to the Operations Director and oversees manufacturing engineers, production specialists, and unit shift leaders. A bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred, and the role requires at least 10 years of manufacturing experience plus 5 years in a supervisory position, along with knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and process-safety regulations.
