Textron Systems is hiring a Senior Production Planner to develop and execute production schedules based on line-of-balance output, available capacity, material availability, and program delivery commitments. The role leads cross-functional supply chain planning, manages manufacturing orders and procurement requisitions, resolves supply disruptions, monitors production flow and inventory, supports Integrated Product Teams, and provides risk and progress reporting to leadership. Candidates should have at least three years of MRP experience, strong supply chain and production planning leadership, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with advanced planning and ERP systems such as Oracle ERP or SAP.
