Textron Systems is hiring a Senior Production Planner to develop and execute production schedules based on line-of-balance output, available capacity, material availability, and program delivery commitments. The role leads cross-functional supply chain planning, manages manufacturing orders and procurement requisitions, resolves supply disruptions, monitors production flow and inventory, supports Integrated Product Teams, and provides reporting and recommendations to leadership. It requires MRP experience, advanced planning and ERP proficiency, strong analytical and communication skills, and leadership in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
