Description
CTDI is hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to coordinate and assign production workers, supervise machinery operation, assembly, quality control, and packaging, and meet production targets, quality standards, KPIs, and P&L goals. The role includes workforce planning, scheduling, shift handovers, employee relations, training, safety compliance, and customer and management communication. It is a first-shift warehouse position with a Monday-to-Friday schedule, $60,000–$70,000 annual pay, and benefits including health, dental, vision, prescription, retirement, and paid time off. The position requires 4–5+ years of leadership experience, strong communication and computer skills, OSHA knowledge, and United States work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
