Description
CAI Software is hiring a remote Sr. Professional Services Consultant for its EMEA team, with the successful candidate potentially based in the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, or Germany. The role leads implementation, upgrade, installation, post-go-live support, and consultancy projects; partners with cross-functional teams; mentors colleagues; and provides application training. Candidates must be fluent in English and French, troubleshoot server and system issues, work with Windows server environments, Crystal Reports, SQL Server, and IIS, and be comfortable with occasional travel across Europe, Scandinavia, Africa, and the Middle East.
