ServiceNow is hiring a Services Delivery Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of its Professional Services delivery, including Rocketlane PSA administration, staffing and capacity planning, partner subcontracting, partner program intake, operational reporting, and scalable operating rhythms. This individual-contributor role requires 3–5 years of experience in professional services or related delivery operations, hands-on PSA or CRM experience, and strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills. The role offers a base pay of $113,700–$199,000 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
