The role covers strategy, intake, prioritization, estimation, resource planning, governance, execution, risk management, reporting, release coordination, and benefits realization. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 7–10+ years of program-management experience in software or related technology, experience managing multidisciplinary business and technical teams, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods. The U.S. base salary range is $127,400 to $260,350 annually.
