Markel is hiring a Senior Client Service Business Analyst – Program Client Services to provide strategic business analysis for Program Services, including brokerage submissions, quotes, policy issuance, underwriting review, reinsurance settlements, cash reconciliation, claims administration, audits, and cross-functional process improvement. The role requires a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance, strong Excel and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. It is a hybrid position with three office days and two remote days per week, and requires U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.
