AECOM is hiring a Senior Program / Construction Director to provide executive leadership for the planning, design, procurement, and construction of major transportation infrastructure programs, with an emphasis on complex rail and tunnel projects in San Francisco. The role leads multidisciplinary teams, oversees program, design, construction, contract, cost, schedule, quality, safety, risk, and stakeholder management, and coordinates with local, state, federal agencies, utilities, and funding partners. Candidates need a BA/BS, extensive transportation infrastructure project experience, at least six years of leadership experience, and experience with federally funded projects; FTA CIG, progressive design-build, construction manager/general contractor, and design-build experience are preferred. Visa sponsorship for U.S. work authorization is not available.
